No — you don't need to be home for most services. For pet waste removal and lawn mowing, as long as we have yard access, we handle everything and send you a gate-closed photo plus confirmation text when done. For junk removal, someone typically needs to be available to identify the items, but this can often be arranged in advance. For gutter cleaning, you don't need to be present.

We inspect the full yard before scooping, scoop all pet waste, securely bag it, and remove it from your property completely. After every visit: gate closed and latched, photo taken and sent to you, confirmation text sent. You don't need to be home — just ensure we have yard access.

Absolutely. We start with a one-time Initial Yard Reset ($160) to fully clear out all accumulated waste. This is required before starting any recurring weekly or bi-weekly plan — it ensures your yard is properly reset so every future visit stays quick and thorough. Once the reset is done, we get you on a recurring schedule that keeps it that way.

Yes — tiered pricing based on number of dogs. Weekly: 1 dog $20/visit · 2 dogs $30/visit · 3+ dogs $40/visit. Bi-weekly: 1 dog $35/visit · 2 dogs $45/visit · 3+ dogs $55/visit. Prepaid packages lock in your visits upfront and save you money — 3 months saves 6%, 6 months saves 10%, 12 months saves 15%. Yes — optional Odor Control Enzyme Treatment add-on. After scooping we apply an enzyme-based deodorizer that breaks down odor at the source. Especially helpful in high-traffic areas or warm weather. Cost: +$10/visit for recurring, or +$25 for a one-time treatment.

We offer bi-weekly and weekly recurring lawn mowing on prepaid packages of 1, 3, or 6 months. Yard sizes are small (townhomes, compact lots), average (standard residential), and large (corner lots, wide lots). Bi-weekly rates: small $45/visit · average $65/visit · large $85/visit. No — lawn mowing is a seasonal service in Brooks. Grass growth slows significantly through October and stops in November, so a 12-month package doesn't make sense for this area. Our maximum package length for lawn mowing is 6 months, covering the active growing season from approximately April to October. If you want to lock in the best rate, a 6-month package saves you 10%.

Every mowing visit includes cutting the grass to an even height, trimming edges around fences, beds, and hard surfaces, and blowing clippings off driveways, sidewalks, and patios. You get a confirmation text after every visit. No need to be home — just make sure we have yard access.

We remove furniture, sofas, mattresses, appliances (fridges, stoves, washers, dryers), electronics, TVs, yard waste, branches, renovation debris, drywall, lumber, carpet, scrap metal, garage clutter, storage unit contents, and general household junk. Pricing is by trailer volume — text us a photo for an instant quote.

We do not remove hazardous materials including motor oil, gasoline, paints, solvents, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, ammunition, asbestos, or medical waste. Customers must arrange licensed disposal for these items through the City of Brooks hazardous waste program or a certified handler.

Maximum trailer capacity is 700kg per load — heavier loads are split across multiple trips. No. For safety reasons, gutter cleaning is available for single-storey homes only. We do not service 2-storey or multi-level homes. If you're not sure whether your home qualifies, just reach out.
