Services are provided primarily in Brooks, Alberta and Calgary, Alberta.


2. Use of Website

Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Users must not:

  • Submit false information
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the website for fraudulent activity

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters reserves the right to restrict access to any user violating these terms.


3. Service Requests

Submitting a request through the website does not guarantee service availability.

All bookings are subject to:

  • Service area confirmation
  • Schedule availability
  • Property assessment
  • Pricing confirmation

4. Pricing and Payments

Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site evaluation.

Payments may be required:

  • Before service
  • Upon completion of service
  • According to a recurring service agreement

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of services.


5. Service Limitations

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters may refuse service if:

  • The property is unsafe
  • Aggressive animals are present
  • Hazardous materials are present
  • Weather conditions make service unsafe
  • Access to the property is restricted

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable working conditions.


6. Liability Disclaimer

While ScoobyDoody Waste Busters exercises reasonable care when performing services, we are not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Pre-existing property conditions
  • Hidden obstacles
  • Underground utilities
  • Pet behavior
  • Weather conditions

Customers agree to assume reasonable risks associated with outdoor service work.


7. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos
  • Text
  • Images
  • Branding

is the property of ScoobyDoody Waste Busters and may not be reproduced without permission.


8. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and protected.


9. Changes to Terms

Service Agreement / Customer Contract


Effective Date: March 21, 2022


This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters and The Customer

This Agreement governs services performed on the customer’s property.



1. Services Provided

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters may provide services including:

  • Pet waste removal
  • Lawn mowing
  • Yard cleanups
  • Junk removal
  • Snow and ice removal

Specific services will be agreed upon during booking or estimate approval.


2. Service Scheduling

Services may be provided:

  • One-time
  • Weekly
  • Biweekly
  • Seasonal

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property on scheduled service days.

If access is blocked, service may be skipped and charged.


3. Property Access

Customers agree to:

  • Allow safe access to the property
  • Secure aggressive pets
  • Remove hazards from the work area

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties.


4. Pet Waste Service Conditions

For pet waste removal services:

Customers must:

  • Inform the company of the number of dogs
  • Ensure dogs are secured during service
  • Notify the company of any aggressive animals

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters reserves the right to refuse service if animals present safety risks.


5. Lawn Care and Yard Services

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Grass height, terrain, and obstacles may affect service time
  • Hidden objects may damage equipment
  • Severe weather may delay services


6. Junk Removal Terms

Customers agree that:

  • Items presented for removal are legal to dispose of
  • Hazardous materials are not included unless explicitly agreed
  • Final price may depend on volume and weight

Prohibited materials may include:

  • Chemicals
  • Paint
  • Biohazard waste
  • Illegal materials


7. Snow Removal Disclaimer

Snow and ice removal services reduce risk but do not guarantee completely slip-free surfaces.

Customers acknowledge that winter conditions can change rapidly.

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters is not liable for slip-and-fall incidents.


8. Payment Terms

Payment may be required:

  • Before service
  • Immediately after service
  • On a recurring billing schedule


Accepted payment methods may include:

  • E-transfer
  • Credit card
  • Debit
  • Online payment systems

Late payments may incur fees.


9. Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for service cancellation.

Failure to provide notice may result in a service charge.


10. Property Damage

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters will make reasonable efforts to avoid damage.

Customers must report any concerns within 48 hours of service.

The company is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Hidden obstacles
  • Unmarked irrigation lines
  • Pet activity


11. Termination of Services

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters reserves the right to terminate service if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Safety risks are present
  • Customer behavior is abusive
  • Property conditions are unsafe


12. Agreement Acceptance

By booking services or signing an estimate, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this Service Agreement.



13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
